Retrospec recalls 72,000 Scout kids helmets

"The recalled helmets do not comply with the coverage, positional stability, and labeling requirements of the CPSC federal safety regulation for bicycle helmets."

We no longer send a newsletter for each helmet recall, but this one is for 72,000 helmets.

They were sold in XS and S sizes online and at various retail stores for about $20 from February 2019 through March 2023. The styling resembles an adult road model with a small visor incorporated in front. There were 13 colors.



Retrospec is offering a refund if you have access to email and a camera.
